In a world that’s gone off it’s rocker with busy-ness, schedules, and to-do lists, it’s time to create the skill of inner peace and get back on the rocker at your own pace.
This beautiful mindful practice creates a deeper sense of connection with yourself, your movements and how to start moving well. Using breath, deep relaxation and awareness this session will help you move with more ease, awareness, ability, and ease.
A perfect place for people who are stiff, sore, tired, exhausted, injured, or just need to deeply relax.
The classes are a mix of therapeutic awareness, self movement discovery, deeply rejuvenating restorative yoga postures, and breath.
Classes are always kept small to ensure you get the support you need. Classes are often full with a waiting list.
BONUS: When you are registered for any of my classes, you get private sessions for only $40 (usually $70).
Beginner friendly, no flexibility or experience required.
Class size is small; registration and payment required in advance. If you have to miss a class, you can invite a friend to take your spot – please let me know.
This session runs June 4th – June 25th. This will be the last session before summer. We’ll resume again in September. If you’d like to continue I am available for privates, outdoor classes, and group-of-your-friends classes. Often summer is busy and people prefer being outside, so I take my privates and classes outside as well (by request).
