The deepest relax on the block.
This class is perfect for people who are sore, stiff, exhausted, anxious, injured, or just need to chill out.

Get in touch with breath, peace, easeful movement and stillness in this mix of intentional movement and long held supported poses.

This deeply relaxing class will revitalize and rejuvenate you, leaving you with more energy for the rest of your week…I’m working on a way to bottle ease. 😉

This class will involve intentional therapeutic movement, breathing & relaxation techniques, true restorative poses for deep support and relaxation, spinal strap therapy and myofascial massage.

Classes are always kept small (maximum 8 people) to ensure you get the support you need. Classes are often full with a waiting list – there are currently only 3 spots left in this next session.

BONUS: When you are registered for any of my classes, you get private sessions for only $40 (usually $70).

Beginner friendly, no flexibility or experience required.

Monday nights 5:10-6:40 pm .
$16/class,  5 classes, $80/session.

Class size is small; registration and payment required in advance.
