When I use the word core, I am referencing the muscles closest to the bones, not just the abs – think of an apple core. We will play with various fun ways that build core strength and reset internal structural balance that will help lead to better function in your body.
Better function = less pain, more range of movement, more ease, better balance, more strength, learning to undo unsupportive movement patterns and compensations.
This is a sit up free and Navasana (boat pose) free zone. 🙂
