In this two hour workshop we will:
*use therapeutic movement to help bring proper movement into some of the most common gardening positions,
*use yoga postures to strengthen the things that don’t often get used correctly,
*some restorative techniques to bring in more ease to knees, shoulders and hips.
So you can continue to weed, water and whack away at your garden in peace – mentally and physically.
